there are probably about 6-7 ski/snowboarding resorts within a 25-40 mile radius. Is it really necessary to sue Alta, because they want to remain a ski-only resort? The decision is up to the resort, not the courts.

You'd be surprised that a lot of people think that is hogwash, but it is the truth. Antibacterial soaps are bad in that they leave only resistant bacteria and a free niche for them to grow with plenty of food(dead bacteria) nearby. Yay for superbugs and drug resistant bacteria.
